These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of businessrevolution.africa, operated by African Business Revolution ("ABR"), part of the Africa Venture Group (AVG) ecosystem. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site, read content, watch videos, and submit forms (Founding 1,000, newsletter, Academy waitlist, partner and contact inquiries) for your own personal or professional use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to disrupt the site's operation (including spamming its forms).

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, articles, brand names, logos, book titles, videos and design — is owned by African Business Revolution / Africa Venture Group or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal browsing and sharing via the share links provided.

3. Books and Academy programs

Book purchases, preorders, and future Academy programs may be processed through third-party platforms (retailers, payment processors, learning platforms). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, not by ABR.

4. Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. ABR is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

5. No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is". ABR makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
